If you have purchased tickets please note that tickets are valid for one year from date of purchase. If you would like to request a refund simply send an email to tickets@seerockcity.com for assistance.
In the case of an annual pass, when the Incline is reopened, we will add the amount of closure time to your annual pass and extend its expiration date. You may also request a refund for an annual pass.
