Changing a Reservation Date/Time

Tickets for the Incline Railway and Rock City can be adjusted for a different date/time.

Refunds?

Tickets for the Incline and Rock City are non-refundable. Tickets are valid for 1 year from date of purchase, and your visit date/time can be adjusted using the instructions on this page.

Sold-Out?

Capacity is limited at the attractions and days sell-out in advance. We recommend planning ahead and purchasing online to ensure your preferred reservation.
